In a time of rapid technological change, I am growing as a builder who connects people and systems.
I began my career in 2017 in insurance sales and customer communication, where I developed a strong understanding of business operations and user-centered thinking. This experience later became a solid foundation for executing community operations and collaborative projects within the Web3 ecosystem, enabling me to approach execution with deeper user insight.
Since 2018, I have been actively involved in the blockchain and NFT ecosystem, gaining hands-on experience in project planning, operations, community management, and creator collaboration. Through this process, I learned how digital communities grow through trust and voluntary participation.
Through hackathon award experiences and participation in blockchain bootcamps, I strengthened my ability to transform ideas into executable structures.
Learning and sharing are central to how I work. By documenting insights through blogs and social media, experimenting with data-driven productivity tools, and adopting AI-based workflows, I have explored ways to help teams and communities move faster and operate with greater clarity.
More recently, **I have been working across Web3 projects, content creation, and the hackathon ecosystem, focusing on user onboarding, community operations, and strategic planning.**In parallel, I actively participate in offline events and builder networks to strengthen real-world connections.
Based on these experiences, my goal is to help build an ecosystem where technology remains human-centered, teams balance speed with direction, and continuous learning and execution accumulate into long-term value.
